LIVIS Product Plans

Flexible deployment options that scale with your operations

Lincode Intelligent Vision Inspection System (LIVIS) is a proprietary AI-based visual inspection system for quality control. LIVIS empowers manufacturers and supply chain partners to supercharge quality inspection operations by improving reliability, expanding capabilities, simplifying data training, as well as automating analytics and reports. Whether deploying a new inspection station or integrating with existing cameras, LIVIS makes visual inspection faster, more accurate, and highly scalable.

All LIVIS deployments include two software applications that work together. LIVIS Edge+ and LIVIS Platform.

LIVIS Edge+

LIVIS Edge+ is Lincode's proprietary runtime software that conducts real-time quality inspections of parts in production. Using advanced machine learning model that improve the accuracy and capabilities over traditional machine vision, LIVIS Edge+ performs AI inferencing directly at the edge. Integrating with industrial cameras and factory automation systems, LIVIS Edge+ can be deployed quickly and reduce time spent on rework and logging results.

LIVIS Edge+ is always deployed on-prem.

LIVIS Platform

LIVIS Platform is Lincode's proprietary Al model training and inspection workstation management platform that integrates with each LIVIS Edge+ application. Leveraging state-of-the-art Al detection and segmentation models, synthetic data generation, and active feedback learning, LIVIS Platform enables manufacturers and integrators to rapidly deploy and scale precise defect detection solutions.

LIVIS Platform can be deployed via cloud or on-prem.

Cloud Provision Descriptions

User Seat: Each user seat permits one individual to log in to the LIVIS Platform, utilize features, and access data, subject to the permissions and limitations of the purchased product plan or subscription level. There are no limits on the number of users that may be created in LIVIS Edge+.

AI Inspector: Configured AI models deployed on specific inspection workflows in LIVIS. Each AI Inspector includes the model, inspection logic, threshold settings, and deployment parameters, acting like a digital quality control agent. The number of AI Inspectors available represent the total number of AI Inspectors that can be configured and stored in the LIVIS Cloud Platform at any given time.

GPU Hour: The unit of compute resource usage in LIVIS, representing one hour of GPU time consumed for training, inference, or evaluation tasks. The number of GPU Hours available impacts the amount of AI model training that can be conducted on the LIVIS Cloud Platform. GPU Hours refresh annually in accordance with the applicable license period.

Training Asset: Storage capacity for all digital resources used for training AI models in LIVIS, including labeled images, annotation schemas, preprocessing settings, and augmentation configurations. The amount of storage will impact the amount of data that can be stored for AI model training on the LIVIS Cloud Platform. The storage capacity represents a total and does not refresh over time.

Report Asset: Storage capacity for templates, visual dashboards, and data exports generated from inspection results in LIVIS. These assets include defect summaries, trend analysis, pass/fail rates, and compliance documentation tailored for different stakeholders. The amount of storage will impact the amount of historical data that can be stored and accessed on the LIVIS Cloud Platform. The storage capacity represents a total and does not refresh over time.

The LIVIS Product Plans include a prescribed amount of cloud provisions by default. Additional cloud provisions are available for purchase as Add-Ons. The number or amount of User Seats, AI Inspectors, Training Assets, and Report Assets are provided on a total basis, while GPU Hours are provided on an annual basis in accordance with the applicable license period. For example, if a customer wants to add a new AI Inspector or store additional data as Report Assets, but the customer has already reached the maximum limit for such provision under the plan, the customer would need to either purchase additional provisions or delete a current AI Inspector or data stored as Report Assets. These provisions do not reset over license periods. However, GPU Hours are provided on a rolling basis per license period and the number of GPU Hours will automatically refresh for each new license period.
